Mr. Paleveda is one of the leading speakers in the United States in the area of Advanced Estate Planning. He has presented over 1000 seminars across the country over the past 15 years. His seminars have been featured in: The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, The San Diego Tribune, The Miami Herald, The Los Angeles Times, and other newspapers across the Country.
In his 18 years of Estate Planning Practice, Mr. Paleveda has been a consultant to: the founding family of Coca-Cola; the current president of Kimberly-Clark Corporation; the former chairman of Philip Morris; the former president of Bausch and Lomb; the founder of Dunkin Donuts; a founding partner of Sherson, Loeb, Rhodes; the President of Exxon (Spain, retired); founding partners of Neuberger & Berman; the heirs to Corning Glass; and the President of Indiana State University (retired).
